Turns out that the President has changed his plans to go the COP15 on the 18th instead of the 8th. This bodes well for the conference because it signals a certain level of optimism on the part of the administration that an agreement can be reach. And Obama's presence will help to drive that success.
Plus, it means that I will get to see him speak!
